Xiaomi Unveils Lists of Unsupported Devices it’s Dropping
Xiaomi release lists on its unsupported devices

Xiaomi has released two lists of “dead” devices that will be discontinued. Xiaomi End of Life is one of them. It refers to phones that will no longer get software updates, like security patches, new versions of the MIUI shell, or the Android OS, and they will no longer be sold.
Meanwhile, it contains a large number of models, which are listed below. The Redmi Go, Redmi Note 7, and Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphones are the “new” or freshly refilled members of their respective ranks. Devices on the second list aren’t going to be able to be repaired or replaced after they’ve been sold, but owners can still get testing, cleaning, and debugging help. Xiaomi has made a list of devices that are no longer supported.

The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, Mi 8 Lite (Youth Edition), Redmi Note 5, Redmi 6, Mi Pad 4, and Xiaomi Mi Band are among the devices included. Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3, Mi Band 3i (India edition), Mi Band 4, Mi Watch, Xiaomi Mi Watch Color Keith Haring Edition, and a slew of other smart home gadgets.
The second list of devices only applies to the Chinese market, but the global market isn’t likely to change much.

In other developments, Xiaomi has announced the grand launch of China’s largest Xiaomi Mi Home flagship store. A new flagship store has opened in the southern Chinese city of Nanning. All of the tech giant’s products are available at the new store. According to promotional claims, Xiaomi Mi’s new flagship home store is 1,000 square metres in size.
There are three levels to it. On the facade, there is also a large screen. Over 2,000 products, including smartphones, smart speakers, smart TVs, and other Xiaomi ecosystem products, are expected to be available in the new store. The Redmi Buds 3 headphones, the XiaoAI Speaker Play One, and other prizes are being given away by the tech giant. Xiaomi began as an online-only company before expanding into the retail market. In recent years, the Chinese digital behemoth has established a strong offline presence.
However, in China, it now boasts over 10,000 Mi Stores. In its authorised stores, Xiaomi offers an after-sales service. Xiaomi intends to create a service centre in each Chinese county in the future.
The company is in third place in the global smartphone market right now. It wants to become the best-selling brand in the world, after Apple and Samsung.
