To stream live Channels on black Tv, Download the Black TV apk for android below.

Next Install and open the app after installation
Enter the Activation Code provided above in the app launch screen

Then wait for some minutes for to load up the channel lists

Immiditaly it finished loading, you will see a pop up telling you activation successfully.
Tap on CONFIRM

Tap on Activate, after that tap on the Channel Name you wish to watch to begin streaming.

How To Reduce Or Increase The Streaming Quality

Play any channel of your choice, then look below your screen and tap on the setting icon

Under video, you will observe the quality is in auto. Just change it to a lower quality or your preferred higher quality.
