Netflix Today Rolls Out Gaming Feature To Android Based Users

Netflix yesterday announced the official launch of its Games feature, a feature developed to allow Netflix users to enjoy a handful of gaming experience on their smartphone devices online.
The company is currently rolling out this exclusive feature to Android users with the support for iOS soon to be made availabe in the future -“on the way.” In the company’s statements it’s says the production is still in early its early materialization, however its goal is to build a library of games offering “something for everyone.”
Currently the Games available to play on the nextflix app includes “Stranger Things: 1984,” “Stranger Things 3: The Game,” “Shooting Hoops,” “Card Blast,” and “Teeter Up.”
In the publication, Netflix in addition said that the rollout will begin today which means users will be getting a new notice to update their app starting today in order to Have access to this feature. It’s early days, but we’re excited to start bringing you exclusive games, with no ads, no additional fees and no in-app purchases. -Netflix

Meanwhile to gain access to Netflix gaming offering, requires a tier subscription, with no included ads, neither is there any additional fees, or in-app purchases, which is similar to Apple’s gaming service, Apple Arcade.
Netflix users on the Android platform will now see a new included game section and tab that will feature the available games right after updating their app which will also be available to download and play within the netflix app.
Meanwhile it’s its not yet certain how the gaming experience for the iOS platform of the app will turn out. Perhaps there will be a “catalog” app like its main Netflix app (or a separate inclined Games app) that lists gaming titles, linking out to games that can be downloaded from the App Store.
Alternatively, the company can choose to use a web-based option which will require games to be directly streamed and played online. The compqny concluded stating that it’s intends to continue improving the mobile gaming experience in the future, however there is no stipulated time as to when the gaming feature will be made available to iOS devices.
