Meanwhile to gain access to Netflix gaming offering, requires a tier subscription, with no included ads, neither is there any additional fees, or in-app purchases, which is similar to Apple’s gaming service, Apple Arcade.

Netflix users on the Android platform will now see a new included game section and tab that will feature the available games right after updating their app which will also be available to download and play within the netflix app.

Meanwhile it’s its not yet certain how the gaming experience for the iOS platform of the app will turn out. Perhaps there will be a “catalog” app like its main Netflix app (or a separate inclined Games app) that lists gaming titles, linking out to games that can be downloaded from the App Store.

Alternatively, the company can choose to use a web-based option which will require games to be directly streamed and played online. The compqny concluded stating that it’s intends to continue improving the mobile gaming experience in the future, however there is no stipulated time as to when the gaming feature will be made available to iOS devices.
