Windows 12 development to begin March 2022

New features have been added to Windows 11 recently, but the operating system remains mostly unchanged from its predecessor. Alternatively, Microsoft might choose to reassemble everything.

Deskmodder, a German website, claims that construction could begin as soon as next month. Accordingly, the website implies that the construction of a new generation might begin by the end of March. Since this effort would take years to complete, this does not imply that the OS will be released soon.

Microsoft is expected to begin working on Windows 12 in March, according to our sources. They had already begun recruiting personnel who could serve as a resource to the team in the lead-up to the event. This is confirmed by SwiftOnSecurity as well.

Transparency, integrated dark modes, and numerous taskbar tweaks are just some of the new features in Windows 11 that Microsoft has included in its operating system. Deskmodder claims that Microsoft will start from scratch with Windows 12 due to a redesigned organisational structure.

As a result, we are still a long way off from seeing anything come to fruition, as such progress typically takes years. Windows 10 was released in 2015, while Windows 11 was released in 2018. (2021).

There is no guarantee that Windows 12 will be released in the near future. Because you’re starting (nearly) from scratch, this could go on for quite some time. It is reasonable to anticipate that the Windows 10 underpinnings will be fully discarded at that point. This substructure is still present in Windows 11.

However, there are questions about the accuracy of this material. Deskmodder provides no more information and relies solely on the words of Swift on Security.

According to the latter, two TPM chips may be required to install Windows 12…. the whole thing turning out to be an elaborate farce. The German site, on the other hand, stands by its claims.

According to modules, but that’s a joke. For starters, even for the Pro version, you’ll need an internet connection and a Microsoft account in order to get started.

Although Microsoft has not yet decided on its next move, it is clear that they are currently considering their options. In the meanwhile, it’s not the right time to talk about proper development. Anyway, Windows 12 won’t be released until at least 2026, at the very latest.

Windows 11 was released in October 2021, as a reminder. But to download Windows 11, visit the official website. However, for users running Windows 10, your PC will ask if you’d like to install it if it isn’t already.
