Leaks Of Motorola Frontier

The smartphone brand turned the tide in 2021 and appears to be going up against the industrial smartphone companies in 2022. It’s encouraging to see this; after all, with a behemoth like Lenovo behind it, we expect the company to produce only fantastic flagship smartphones as it stands.

Leaks Of Motorola Frontier

The brand, however, has proven its interest in competing in December when it became the world’s first smartphone brand to offer a handset featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The smartphone at issue was released in China as the Motorola Edge X30. According to reports, it will be released in worldwide regions as the Motorola Edge 30 Pro. A new report has disclosed facts about Motorola’s future flagship smartphone. This gadget is known as the Motorola Frontier, and it is expected to be one of the greatest flagships of 2022. The codename for the device is “Frontier 22,” and its specifications have been revealed.

Specifications Of Motorola Frontier

According to rumours, the Motorola Frontier will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Plus, which, as the name implies, is an upgraded edition of the Snapdragon 8 Gen1. That variation might arrive earlier than normal, and it could coincide with speculation that Qualcomm is obtaining some of its CPUs from TSMC. We don’t know what the improvements are, but we anticipate somewhat higher clock speeds for the X2 and A710 cores.

The people at WinFuture have posted design renderings of the new Motorola flagship, in addition to the crucial specifications. On the rear of the smartphone, there will be a rectangular camera module with a triple-camera arrangement. Moreover, it will have a 200 MP primary camera sensor with OIS capability. It also sports a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera for 2x optical zoom. For selfies, the gadget will carry the same 60-megapixel front camera as the Edge X30.

Motorola might be the first brand to release a 200-megapixel camera smartphone. At present, we know that Xiaomi is also working on one. These brands will compete once more to see who will be the first.

The Motorola Frontier flaunts a 6.67-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution. It has an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and HDR 10+ certification. It will come pre-installed with Android 12. There are also three storage options for the phone: 8 GB/128 GB, 8 GB/256 GB, and 12 GB/256 GB.

Motorola Frontier specifications

The Motorola Frontier will be powered by a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 125W wired fast charging and 30W or 50W wireless charging. The gadget will be available for purchase beginning in July 2022. There has been no official announcement from Motorola on the debut of the speculated flagship.

All reports point to a mid-year release, especially given that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus is a mid-year upgrade. As a result, we anticipate further leaks in the coming months.
