Often times we send messages on WhatsApp
which later on after some certain time period we would be having double mindset about sending the message hence the need To delete the message but as we know it, there is a time period on WhatsApp in which a message is allowed to be deleted for both ends on or before 68mins.
In today’s post I will be showing a work around which will allow you to delete some certain messages on WhatsApp even after the stipulated allowed time.
Like i mentioned earlier, basically you only have 68 minutes to delete any message for both sides.
In order to successfully do this, you have to adhere strictly to every steps don’t skip any part of it hence all your effort will be flawed.
1. Open Settings on your smartphone device and turn on airplane mode or alternatively, Android
users have this option in the notification section menu above.
If you are an iOS
user, choose Date & Time in General settings.
2. Close the WhatsApp App From the background and Turn off automatic time and network
zone detection, set it to manual and then manually change the date and time to the period when you sent the message.
3. Open the WhatsApp app and select the contact and then the message you wish to delete on both ends then delete the message just like in the image below.
4. After deleting message, Activate the automatic time setting again and only then turn the airplane mode off and restart your WhatsApp app.
