Apple will launch its new operating system which is a takeover to Apple’s current OS BigSur for MacBook’s. The newly launched MacOS Monterey rolls out today Monday 25th October after months of anticipation and will run on Apple’s newer laptops as earlier announced at Apple’s event last Monday.

This means that the new 14 and 16 inch 2021 MacBook Pro models will receive the new Operating system software otherwise known as MacOS 12.

However, Apple’s MacOS Monterey was first introduced at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference held in June which Apple said will spots newer features like Universal Control, AirPlay and many more as well as other updates rolling to it’s iOS 15 like spatial audio in FaceTime.

Meanwhile in order to enjoy the newly rolled out MacOS Monterey you will need a compatible device PC to situate the OS. In below is Apple’s Compactable list of MacBook’s capable of running MacOS Monterey
