Apple Delays Launch of Driver’s Licenses on iPhones

The oncoming iPhone feature that is to be released on the Wallet app has just been delayed.

The proposed release feature on the wallet app will allow users of iPhone to store their license, ID card and some other means of identification on their device when it is launched.

According to the official iOS 15 website, it was stated that the feature that enables users to add ID cards will be launched in early 2022.

If you recall, this feature was introduced early this year during a worldwide conference in the company and was scheduled to be launched by September.

Even when it is released some countries might not get the feature early because of some states won’t support it. Apple company reveals that the first eight states that will support the feature is likely to be Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, Connecticut, Utah, Iowa, Kentucky and Oklahoma.
